The following are official ACBS-Toronto events and are organized/sanctioned by the Board of Directors. These events can only succeed with your involvement. Please be sure to support your club by attending and/or volunteering at as many events as possible.

2019 Winter Workshop – Saturday, February 23, 2019 – Location TBA

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2019 - 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Heritage Boat Works - 21 Lorena Street, Unit 21, Barrie

Join us for a series of interesting seminars:

United Propeller : Ananda and Ray

A wonderful addition, these are the experts! If you want to know anything about propellers or driveline, come and ask the Pros! Amanda and Ray are back this year to answer your questions and they always have something cool to look at!

Rich Hughes:

Electronics installations and propellers. What do you need to know about electronics and your boat? Rich will go through the basics, and then some... Expect a demonstration.... tap into the knowledge.

Curt Hillman - Boat Builder:

One of our wonderful Muskoka boat builders, Curt has a beautiful example of his work on display at our host location this year! A Muskoka fixture, Curt is going to show us an example of a double planked hull.

And have you ever tried to use copper nails in your boat? Here is your chance to see a pro in action and learn a trick or two! Like everything these experts do, it looks easy, but trying it without these tips may make you feel like you're all thumbs!
